    Whether you are looking to train to rehab an injury, for specific sports, to lose fat, to gain strength, or more, we have the trainer and program for you! Sessions rage from 30-60 minutes. Scheduling and pricing is dependent on you & your trainers availability!

    Starts at $45 a session

  • Semi- Private Group Training

    The perfect cross between personal training and group classes. Each class is maximum 5 people and is 60 minutes long. All workouts are individualized towards you and your goals. All fitness levels are encouraged and welcomed!

  • Yoga

    If you are looking to increase your mobility, balance, strength, stress relief, and mediation then these are the classes for you! All yoga classes are for any level and can range from all levels vinyasa to yoga sculpt to restorative yoga.
