Grab some dumbbells(one heavy pair and one light pair) and a bench or mat and you’re ready to go! Let’s work our upper body and abs together!

  2. 3x12-15 Close grip press

  3. 3x12-15 Single Arm Row

  4. 3x20 Alternating Shoulder Press

  5. 3x12-15 Bicep Curl

  6. 3x12-15 Lateral Raises
