Upper Body-Body Weight Workout

  1. Knee Pushups 4X15

  2. Shoulder Taps 3x20

  3. High Plank Reaches 3x20

  4. Supermans 3x20

  5. Lying Y Presses 3x20

Start you workout with a 5-10min warm up (refer to warm up videos). Remember to control the exercises by using your core. Add in some cardio at the end if you have time as well.
