Single Dumbbell Beginner Workout

Do you have limited equipment at home but still want to get a good workout in? Then this workout is perfect for you!

All you need is a single dumbbell. This is a beginner level workout so feel free to do the more advanced version of the exercises if you’d like!

  1. 3x15 Reverse Lunges each side

  2. 3x15 Dumbbell Snatches each side

  3. 3x15 Staggered Deadlifts each side

  4. 3x20 Sumo Squats

  5. 3x30 Jumping Jack Press

  6. 3x15 Single Arm Row
